Prepare monthly claim forms for Public Defender and Probation Expense. Prepare claim forms for disbursement of levied taxes as needed. Prepare monthly Inheritance and Bed Tax Reports and monthly reports to Commissioners and Office Holders.

Prepare annual and semi-annual report on all above mentioned funds, annual unclaimed property report, and annual and semi-annual Revolving Loan fund report.

Duties include preparing payroll for approximately 225 county employees as well as 80 employees in the nine counties comprising the First Judicial Circuit, making required federal and state deposits of payroll taxes, quarterly reports, annual reports and W-2’s. I also maintain insurance records, union records, retirement, etc.
